Caxton Club

Named after the first English printer, William Caxton, the Caxton Club is a student-run organization devoted to the pursuit of literary interests. Its primary purpose is to bring commended writers to Knox College and provide a venue for them to give readings and interact with students. In addition to hosting readings, the Caxton Club holds reading groups discussing visitors' work. Members of Caxton Club often have the opportunity to get to know visiting writers on a personal level, either joining them in a small lunch with other students or giving them a tour around campus.

Caxton Club is held in the Alumni Room in Old Main at 4 o’clock, unless otherwise noted. Refreshments are served. All are welcome.
